Twenty-Four Weeks!!!!!!!

Baby Yoshi is 24 weeks old today!!!!

We had a few exciting firsts this week!!

1.

First Groundhog's Day.  Baby Yoshi enjoyed staring at mom's groundhog cupcake creations and celebrating the holiday with friends from school!

2.

First Super Bowl!  He liked watching the game with Dad.  And then sleeping during the game...thanks a lot 34 minutes power outage!

3. 

First night in his big boy crib!  Mom cried...but Peyton slept without tears for almost an hour and a half!  Yay!

4.

First peaches!  Not a success.  We also tried bananas this week.  Not so good either.  :)

5.

First realization that there is always a monitor staring at him when Mom and Dad aren't in the room!!!

This week Baby Yoshi also enjoyed some of his old favorite pastimes:

~Playing in his stand up toys!  He can really move around in these now...he tries to 'walk'!

~Watching Baby Einstein videos.  This week we got a new one about water from Grandma and Grandpa!  Exciting!

~Sleeping soundly in places other than his bed.

~Rolling himself up in blankets like a burrito!  (Who doesn't love to do that??)

~Going to the mall!

~Sitting upright in his high chair.

~Playing with his favorite hippo wall decal.

~And...being awesome.
